Shipment & Delivery
Our shipping services cover all regions in Ghana, as well as all African countries and worldwide. For international orders, we offer two shipping options – Registered Mail Delivery and EMS Express Delivery Service. Both options provide tracking details for your parcels.
Orders are processed within 1 business day. If you’re within Ghana, expect to receive your order within one business day after it has been shipped. For international orders, delivery times can vary between 1-3 weeks with standard shipping and between 3-5 business days with express shipping. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are dependent on the local postal service in your country. You can track your international shipment to ensure its safe arrival.
Items with original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. We will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). Please send your return in a shipping method providing tracking information.
Refund or exchange
When we receive your return we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
